Privacy statement
This statement explains how Renoperfect BV processes personal data when you contact us through this website.

2. What data, and why
The contact form asks for your name, email address, telephone number, the type of request and optionally a description. We use this only to answer your quote request or question and, if you become a client, to organise the work.
The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. If a contract follows, the legal basis becomes performance of that contract.
3. How long we keep it
Requests that do not lead to a job are kept for a maximum of 12 months. Invoicing and project records are kept for as long as the law requires.
4. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your data. We share it only where necessary for the job — for example with your insurance agent on a claim — or where the law requires us to.
5. Technical services on this site
This site loads fonts via Google Fonts and icons from a public library. The map of our working area uses OpenStreetMap. The contact form is processed by Formspree. These services may process technical data such as your IP address under their own policies. We place no advertising or tracking cookies without your consent; what happens when you do give it is explained below.
6. Visitor statistics
We count visitors ourselves: how many come, how they arrive and what kind of device they use. This runs on our own server, without cookies and without an external service. That count always runs and needs no consent, because nothing is stored in your browser and nothing is sent to another company.
Google Analytics 4 — only with your consent. We also use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-R704SB4E7P) to see which advertisement or search brought someone to us, and whether that person then called, sent a WhatsApp message or filled in the form. Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) acts as processor, together with Google LLC in the United States; the transfer relies on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Your IP address is truncated.
This script loads only after you click “Accept all cookies” in the bar at the bottom of the page. If you choose “Essential only”, or do nothing, no Google cookie is placed and no data goes to Google — this is enforced technically by Google Consent Mode v2, which defaults to “denied”. Your choice is kept for one year in our own cookie (renoperfect_consent). To change your mind, delete this site’s cookies in your browser and the bar will reappear.
When we advertise through Google Ads, we use these measurements only to learn which ads lead to contact. We attach no personal profiles to them and we sell no data.
For each page view we store: the path of the page, the domain name of the referring site, whether you are on a phone, tablet or computer, your screen width, the browser type, the operating system and the language setting.
We do not store your IP address. It is turned into an irreversible code together with a key that changes every night. That lets us group visits by the same person within a single day, without being able to identify you, and yesterday's code never comes back. Visitors whose browser has “do not track” switched on are not counted.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent. Email us at bartelcoucke@renoperfect.be.
